i-phone not syncing music, photos and video

i got a brand new I-phone 3G S 32Gb. syncing contacts, tasks and favorite links is OK.
I CAN'T SYNC MUSIC, PHOTOS AND VIDEO.
not having problems syncing my i-pod.
please help.
 
In your iTunes, when you click on your iPhone and look at the Music, Movies, and Photos tabs, did you make your selections there as far as what info you would like the iTunes to synchronize with your iPhone?
