I really hope the new IOS will flatten TV shows

I still miss the way the ATV 1 handled TV shows you own and add to iTunes. It allowed one line listing per TV show. The current ATV 2 & 3 show the shows by season. Way too much to scroll through.

I think you have it backwards. The ATV 2/3 layout is flattened. You (and most other people, it seems, including me) want a nested/hierarchical design, not a flat one.
