I really need help with sound outputs for playing multiple programs

The one and only thing i want to do is to be able to have skype sounds in my headset and to also be able to play the sounds of all my other programs from my computer's speakers. Is there anyway possible to do this?
Edit: I am on Yosemite 10.10.2
