Ok so after 45 minutes on the phone with Appple support (which apparntlely I only have 4 more days of), they credited my account $4.99 for the rental.
Good I can't wait to watch it, you dont have to wait for the sequel the Avengers movie is coming soon.
I got if for the kids, but I watched it with them and it is really good.On a separate note, it's a nice movie. Can't wait for the sequel to come out!
I dont see what support availability would have anything to do with this type of problem since it wasn't iPad related but rather a movie licensing issue, either way glad to know they worked with you on this issue.
For this sort of thing it's probably easiest to use the support links within iTunes. They seem to be good about doing refunds for stuff like this, and no phone call needed.
