Yes, for those of you wondering why it's 70 seconds long, it's for medical professionals who needed it to stay on for at least a minute to check their patients' vitals.
70 seconds is cutting it close. by the time you set the watch up, position to take the pulse and start 70 seconds nearly up.

I just wish there was something in the middle. 70 seconds is too long and 15 is too short for me. I would like 30 or so. Even better, let the user set the number of seconds it stays on.

i agree. we should be able to enter number of seconds it should stay on. someone submit this as feedback to apple!

We need a way to keep the screen on as long as we want. For example when using Shazam on the watch and reading the lyrics to a song. You are following the song and the screen turns off.

If your wrist turns the phone can turn off.
Set yourself up to find the person's pulse, then turn the watch towards you to activate the face and start reading the time.

The way you wrote it earlier sounded like you wanted to see the watch first and then find the pulse, which would eat up time.

a welcome feature, but as said, I'm not sure why they didn't allow more customizability to this setting, such as to set it to stay on for only 20 seconds if you wish.

this goes for time to lock on the phone as well.
have a couple of standard times and a custom time.
It's posible as the corporate profiles have the ability to customize this.
