last wednesday i spilled smirnoff all over my powerbook (the middle of the keyboard area) we turned it off immediately and i left it to dry for about 3 days then we tried turning it on and everything works and all the keys are functioning =)

but the problem is some of them are sticky...

so i guess my question is.. is there anyway to clean it off?

like unscrew it n take the keyboard out n hose it down or something...?

im not sure wat i should do..

You need some green olives. ;) But seriously folks... when you say the keyboard is sticky, do you mean just the surfaces you touch, or that the mechanics of the keyboard are making the keys stay stuck down? If it's just the surface, feel free to just use a moist (not wet!) paper towel and wipe it down. I do this on my powerbook and it's fine. In fact, I once accidentally spilled water all over the keyboard and grill surface and I turned it off, let it dry, and it came back to life totally unscathed when I hit the power button.

the keys are sticking down inside not the surface of the keys themselves...:(

That'll teach you not to drink crappy vodka.
You may be able to remove the keyboard and clean it out.

Watch what you say about Smirnoff. That's my drink of choice.
