I had UPS hold mine for pickup, was there at 11 when they opened and there was a guy in front of me picking up a package. After he left I told the lady my name and she went in back and grabbed mine and said "hey you have the same box the last guy did..."

Yeah, there are some strange happenings going to a UPS distribution center for pickup. The worst is when they get your package and you see the rep walking back with it, but about 10 ft short, another staff person comes along and starts some urgent conversation. Then they put your package on a table while they go to a computer and sit there for a few minutes trying to figure something out. All the while, your package is just out of reach.
