No email yet but credit card was charged so hopeful order was successful.

You created an account on Apple.com when you purchased the iPad you silly goose. Login with the username/password you created to check up on your status.

i haven't gotten an email either, but on my apple account it says "processing items" when, a few hours ago, it was at "we've received your order"
so they must be backed up on emails, but things seem to be moving along
