ok started up my macbook and the display was to low so I keep pushing the brightness key as the macbook started up. when it got to the log in screen the brightness screen prompt is now stuck on the screen and won't reduce or go away.

anybody else can confirm this on there macs?

attached is a jpeg of it. its strange

    thanks inadvance.

Have you restarted the computer yet? Or just created a new thread.

Why are you pushing buttons on the keyboard while it starts up?

I would guess that pushing any number of buttons before the system is fully loaded could cause problems, but that certainly isn't a bug.
