I think my Xbox 360 has bricked!

I haven't logged in for awhile and it asked me to download an update for the 360 so I did that and it just froze up and the screen went all fuzzy. Now everytime I try to load it up it just freezes at the logo screen. Is it dead? now the red light is flashing

Nope. Not modded. What an appropriate time to die when I wanted to sell it I wonder how many weeks its going to take for MS to fix/replace it

It won't start up anymore? I got the red lights a couple weeks ago, turned it off and turned it back on and it was fine. Ever since H3 it's been actin funny.
