i think someone has access to my account. Help!!

My password for my mobileme has been changed and I cant login. When clicking on forgot password, it takes me to an enter your email page (iforgot.apple.com) but then the page either resets or doesnt load the CSS and fails to work.

Is there problems with mobile me or has someone got my account...
