I'm thinking Sunday the 19th in the US at the very minimum based on FedEx's shipping estimator.

That's not how it's shipped though. They load up one (or many) 747's and have entire shipping containers destined for various regions for staging. Plus when you are slapping a shipping label on a million+ boxes, that process has to start at least a few days before shipping.

12:08 here, but a delivery date of 4/24-5/8. I really hope they start moving next week, I hate when it's 3 days before launch and nothing has moved

A guy on Apple Canada support told me that the May 8th is a worse case and most should receive on 24th.

I think that is probably what they are going to start doing this week, so they can get ready to ship them out, so the first wave can have theirs on launch day.
