Through jailbreak ..everytime i touch say a number to call or to text it vibrates like the voyager
That would be haptic. Hepatic hardware would be hardware that works with your liver.
A bottle of booze is hardware, right?
I wouldn't put that on the iPhone, though. I spilled an apple martini in my Eee and it was a huge pain in the butt. It took forever to find a source for a replacement keyboard.
So is this true or not?
Adult Content, ROMs, background applications, etc. also weren't gonna be on the iPhone.
By the way, it's haptic feedback...hardware would suggest that the iPhone didn't even have a vibrator.
Yes it's true, you can get haptic feedback via Jailbreak. Not sure why the OP posted it here instead of the hacks forum. It's a hack.
yes, it's been available on cydia for a while now, it's called KeyVib
I'd be seriously concerned about battery life.
It actually doesn't effect battery life that much. I've been using it for a while, and haven't noticed any decrease in battery life. It's cool though, it's nice to have another form of feedback. The vibrations are short, so it's not annoying.
This is very cool. I had no idea. I haven't really stayed up to date with jailbreaking since last November, so I imagine a heck of a lot has changed.
True.. friends shouldn't let friends drunk dial.
