i tryed updateing my iphone and it crashed

i tryed to update my iphone (2nd hand) and it now stuck on a srceen it has the picture of the use port going to the itunes picture. it wont doing anything. please help ????
😛s: any invice givin will help i just want it to work again

What do you think that icon mean? Plug it into iTunes, and follow the onscreen instructions.
