Explaining this may be somewhat challenging but here goes:
Am using itunes 6.0.2.23 and the issue is regarding the status bar on the very top of itunes.
When listening to a song it shows the song playing and the info kinda scrolls along (The region directly below where it says iTunes on the very top of the screen).
When I manually transfer music over to my ipod it will tell me how many songs got transferred over etc.
Now, during the process of manually transferring songs over if I decide to listen to a song the song info shows up, as you would expect. But, I can never go back to the status bar giving me the transfer status for my ipod. The only way I can go back to being able to see the transfer status is by closing out and then reopening itunes!
