let's say,I have installed i-tunes on 1 PC for iphones,and I want to share it between my sis and me?Please,tell me how it works?

What do you mean share it?

iTunes on a single PC can be used to sync with multiple different iOS devices with no problem at all. Just plug them in and sync as you would normally.
