I need to know... If I restore the iPhone via iTunes, I will lose the unlock? The iPhone isn't jailbroken... So the question is: Restoring the iPhone will delete the unlock for any carrier?

If you got an IMEI unlock then its forever.
You can restore or update as many times as you want. The iphone will stay unlocked.
