I use screensharing a lot.

Two of these Macs are in the garage and since the server is headless VNC is the only way to access it.

I did not include the G5 in the garage either. Another time.

I primarily use a quad G5 during the winter months and a 12" powerbook over the summer months. When a website is a little too javascript heavy for either system, I VNC into a generic headless xeon desktop box I have running Linux in my basement. VNC enables me to extend the life of my ppc macs with a bit of cheating of course.

One of the best things I've figured out is that you can set up screensharing on your PPC Mac and set up Chrome Remote Desktop on your modern Mac. Then you can use your PPC Mac from anywhere you have an internet connection! 😀

I bought that at least three or four months ago, maybe more. 🙂

My wife refers to me as a cheap date because half a beer will make me sleepy. When I'm really on the sauce I do maybe 1 beer per year.

Alcohol's never really been a craving for me.

Soda on the other hand…I'm a lush if I don't control myself. I can make a 24pack disappear in a day.
