I want a "Force Quit" button in "Shutdown timed out because (app) didn't quit" dialog

Sometimes my Mac won't shut down because Mail isn't ready to quit. If I don't really care what an app wants to do so badly that it can't wait until the next time I launch it, I should be able to force quit it right in the aforementioned dialog box. But I should have to confirm that I want to force quit it.
