I want to access Image, Audio, and Video files from the iphone device file system

    Hello,
    I want to access Image, Audio, and Video files from the iphone device file system, but i have no idea how can i do that, i mean can i access Device Media Directories through that i can use images, audio, and video.
    Please help me in this to access the device file system in my application.

    You can't. You can only access files associated with your own application.

    Point of technicality here - The images in the Photo Library are technically accessible while within the sandbox. This probably is because UIImagePickerController has to access them from your own app, and there wouldn't be a way to turn on access for only that class and not the rest of your code. That said, its unclear whether Apple likes you getting or even allows access to the files directly. It would likely depend on what you do with it.
