It is quite easy. Pull out some guides that you will use as a center point for all the shapes. Then use ellipse and rectangular shape tools combined with pathfinder to create this. 😀

Easiest way to recreate that exact shape in illustrator is to:
open in Photoshop
select Magic Wand tool
Click MW tool on *blank* area
select key combo: apple+shift+i
then under menu: file>export>all paths to illustrator
Nice & Easy. Once in Illustrator, you have the option to stroke & fill as you prefer.😎

User 23- that method would work fine except the file was so low rez you can't get a clean selection from it. Creating it in Illustrator takes about 30 seconds.
