i was robbed. what to do

    In the Apple Store, С------ll, staff stealing from customers. 02.11.2014g. I bought two iPhone 5s 32GB. and MacBook Pro, iPhone 5S one is not given, said that it was stolen and my fault. They forced me to leave as poor knowledge of English, me had a plane ticket. On arrival home (I'm from Russia) except that robbed, and iPhone 5S was 16 GB instead of 32 GB. After my letters to Apple, was conducted an internal investigation. Apparently something was confirmed, me returned the money to the card
    I wrote to the Apple Store, C--------ll; "Why money back return?
    Return iPhone!", but they are silent. Advise what to do?

    If you used credit card/debit card, call you bank and tell them to charge back due to service not performed (or something like that).

    Apple Store does not accept payment. They returned the money after an internal investigation
    Unfortunately, "Apple Store, Christiana Mall," at Apple have a lot of fundamental and good people, and they were forced to return the money. But I need the iPhone.
