AS promised. I am making a public thread to post that I was wrong.

As silly as I think think this is, I'm a man of my word and promised to make a thread, admitting that I was wrong that at least the 15" MBP would have a USB A port.

So here's to you, pbasmadj. You're one hell of an *******, but regardless the body part in which you resemble, you were right.

SO, the new Pros look pretty cool but nothing spectacular, to me. As a music professional, I don't need a tool bar. The 2TB flash is like a punch to the gut though. Slightly thinner bezel was nice to see. Larger trackpad is pretty cool. Specs in general are awesome. Glad they at least kept the audio jack.

Things I could care less for, was thinner overall Mac. I think Apple is getting macarexia and soon my wife could throw away my MBP in the center of old documents, or shed it in a paper shredder.

Regardless, it is so nice to see them update the Mac line. I would have been very happy for them to keep a USB port but it's nothing to cry over, as an adapter is basically the same thing with an extra connection somewhere down the line. The ONLY thing that actually would make me nervous, upon purchase, is the absence of magsafe. Hopefully a third party will manufacture some sort of adapter.

Anyway, these are my thoughts on it...

AND I WAS WRONG.

Have a great afternoon.

Hahaha, I have to admit, I am impressed by this.

Cheers.

SO the question is , what are people going for?

I think I am going to opt for the entry machine , the $1,499 version.

**** I almost bet you 20 bucks the other day. THANK GOD I don't believe in myself that much.

If I needed one, and wasn't nit picky about a few things, it definitely be the maxed out 15". One right kidney and maybe a left nut, and my wife would be fine with it.

NICE. That company is all over third party Apple stuff. No doubt that is great. I don't like how it too hangs out, but we can't have it all these days, I guess.

Thanks for the heads up.
