this is all i want iphone 5 will look like ..........
 
Too thin for 2 1080p cameras
Too thin in general
Not enough bezel space on edge
Invisible sensor?
etc etc
 
I rather like this design, the only problem I have is that an edge to edge screen just looks weird. There needs to be an ever so slight bezel. Then it would look much better (in my eyes). Also, that dot in the home button would have to go.

I agree govena,

Edge to edge bezel looks pretty bad. I have never seen a smartphone without some form of bezel around the screen. To me it looks childish and non-professional without bezel.
 
Not a fan of a very thin bezel but this looks good, much better than what the cases suggest the iPhone 5 will look like for sure.

Actually, I may be wrong, but I believe there is a tiny little edge on the sides.
 
The 2 little black marks on the bottom are NOT ANTENNAS! The black marks on the side of the iPhone 4 are again NOT ANTENNAS either. Stick to whatever you do and leave electrical engineering to the professionals ok!?
 
i dont understand why a bezel makes things look better or more professional? I for one like the lack of it, but wouldn't mind if it was slightly larger. My concern however would be the proportion of screen, which is a fair bit off from the iphone4
 
If you can show it to your grandmother and she can't tell the difference between an iPhone 4 and this, it's not much of a redesign.

I like it except full HD is not going to happen nor would it be necessarily better. Keep the front facetime at 480p but bump the quality up and the rear camera bump it to 720p but at 60fps instead of 30fps recording for ultimate smoothness when recording speedy things like sports. Maybe add 1080i at 24fps or 1440x900 for an intermediate between 720p and 1080p for the HD fiends like me but in all honesty I don't think you have any idea on how much room "Full HD" or 1080p at average quality takes up, the iPhone could hold it but I think allot of people would be shocked.....For display 4inches is good though I don't really need a size boost and the current resolution is fine BUT!....1200x800 would create a pixel density so absurdly amazing. Alas that is probably all a bit over the top :D :D

lol, I only noticed the dot in the home button because of your post.


Anyways I don't see a front facing HD camera happening, It will be too thin for 8MP camera and flash.

The screen just doesn't seem right, never understood how edge to edge screen will be good for anyone.

Would it be stupid of me to assume they were talking generally? Its easier to to say "antenna" than "attenna break with used to cause issues when bridged is now at the bottom"
