I rather like this design, the only problem I have is that an edge to edge screen just looks weird. There needs to be an ever so slight bezel. Then it would look much better (in my eyes). Also, that dot in the home button would have to go.
Agreed on the white one, would look better in black with this design, but why are people putting out crap like this? It's just an iPhone 4 with a larger screen and thinner body - like it's not uncomfortable enough to hold as it is?! The back and sides need a bit of a curve to them - they had it right first time. Phone 4 made some great design moves, but also took a few steps back.

The only Android phones I even remotely like are the S2 and Desire HD.

I still think the iPhone 4 looks better than both.

The 2 little black marks on the bottom are NOT ANTENNAS! The black marks on the side of the iPhone 4 are again NOT ANTENNAS either. Stick to whatever you do and leave electrical engineering to the professionals ok!?

Actually, the lines are not pointing to the speaker locations on the bottom at all. It looks like they are pointing to a spot inside the device. Im pretty sure whomever created this rendering knows enough about iPhone to know that the speaker locations are not antenna. And who ever said the "black marks" on the side of iPhone 4 were antenna in the first place? (I'm serious, did someone say that?)...The entire metal banding around the phone are the antennas (GSM & Bluetooth/Wifi) and the "black marks" are what seperates them.

Just relax bro...No need to get all angry over a concept rendering. Geeze!

This one is still one of my favorites:
