How do I transfer files from I work 08 to a windows computer?
when I send the file in my e-mail or I save it to a flash drive I click the check box that says for format to windows computer then when I try to open it on the windows computer says file not there.

Plzz help me
 
You will need to export your iWork documents to a format compatible with a Windows PC as all of the iWork applications are Mac-only.

For Keynote, export as PowerPoint or, possibly, PDF

For Pages, export as Word, RTF or PDF

For Numbers, export as Excel, CSV or PDF
