i keep deciding to resell the SS Apple Watch, and I keep finding reasons to keep it.

First I decided the eTrade app was worth keeping the watch...

Got tired of it, was going to sell it again, and some new bands showed up, and I like it again, it's so shiny and pretty...

Sigh, damn you Apple, damn you to hell for making an expensive bauble I keep falling in love with over and over...

Will get tired of it again, and the stand will show up and I'm doomed again....

If I were you, I would sell now to get as much as you can. Your wavering clearly shows you don't know what the watch is all about. Many don't. So you are in good company. If you don't sell now, you will just be mad at yourself down the line when you make that final decision to sell.

BTW, I love the watch. It does everything I expected it to do.

I'm up to speed on the Apple watch, have a 2nd SS pre ordered, and a Pebble Time Steel kickstarted, and have a couple Pebble Steel's already.

<--- smart watch hoarder.

Well you're clearly not 100% on it. Leave it at home for a day and see if you miss it. If not then sell now and enjoy the markup. Then wait for your pre-order and see how you feel about it. Either way you're in a win win position right now.

Those moments where Apple successfully surprise and delight you are what it's all about. It's why we all keep coming back. Theres a lot to like about the Apple Watch, maybe you just need to find the perfect configuration of settings and apps for you.

I think you've already missed much of the benefit to resale. In the early days, you could double your money. Today I think you're lucky to see $150+ in profit.

I sold my Space Grey 42mm Sport for $700 cash last Thursday through Craigslist...

There's still profit to be had.

I considered selling mine but realized that extra $100-200 is the ability to own one and use it now. That has a value in itself.

It is largely region specific but I am seeing more and more on Craigslist with each coming day. Last week I sold a 42mm SS BSB for $500 plus a 42mm Space Gray Sport on Craigslist and then sold the Space Gray Sport for $525 (to a buddy who couldn't wait-it had a scratch on it too).

In hindsight my buddy did better on the Space Gray deal because now I'm stuck waiting a few more weeks for my original Space Gray order from 4/10. The extra $100 probably wasn't worth it on my part given it looks like my order is even going to miss its June ETA.

I'm feeling that more & more after selling! I sold so I could upgrade to the SS black leather loop...which I think I'll be REALLY happy with once it arrives...between June 25 & July 10! # I miss having it now...especially after using it for almost two weeks. But the ability to upgrade for minimal cost to me was enough to sell.

I like visiting these forums. Reminds me I'm not the only psychopath in the world.

Did you cast like a witch curse? Or was it more of a Scooby-Doo, "Curse you, you meddling company?"

I just received this yesterday and sold it unopened on Craigslist today for $700 cash.

I suspect this profiteering will end shortly due to the rumors about them being in stores in June.
