Situation: iPhone 4 crashed, I restarted it, screen came up connect to iTunes, No service, locked, slide for emergency calls.
iTunes says "..enter your passcode on iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
How do I enter my passcode if the keypad doesn't come up on the screen?
I tried a restore and the same screen comes up again.

Did you try a hard reset? Press the power and home button until the Apple logo appears...That might not do it, but it's worth a shot...

Thanks for the suggestion, but no luck, the info button is saying no IMEI or ICCID either.
I've tried the hard reset plugged into itunes as well with the same result.

The only thing that I can find on this is almost three years old. I think the thing for you do do is take it to Apple, and see if they can restore it or give you a replacement. Hopefully, you have a recent backup.

Yeah, thats about the same luck I've had too. My backups sweet as. Thanks for trying though!

I'm noticing this phone crashing when its restarted with less than 90% power.

Thank you!

What does is that mean.
The phone is crashing when you restart it? How does it crash?
It doesnt restart if its not fully charged?
Sounds like you might have some serious hardware issues.
Why not bring it to Apple and have them take care of it?
Its still under warranty.
