i5 2.4 ghz 128gb ssd overkill for general everyday computing?

i.e, email, web surfing, music itunes, pdf book's. will be primarily be used for listening to music, due to the S/PDIF out. any information, input would be greatly appreciated.

It is a bit over kill. Its always good to have a fast harddrive tho.

In my opinion, if you're just doing general things I wouldn't spend the money. I would go for the 500 gig @7200 instead.

I work heavily in photoshop, aperature and video editing. a boost in speed would be GREAT for me. But I will have limited space. I choice space over speed. One raw 1 hr video file can be 15 gigs + so 128 and 256 can go by fast.
