i5 or i7 on 13" Air

I need a new Air and I am wondering if there are any advantages or disadvantages of one processor over another for a relatively low power user (Word processing the lots of windows open, web research with lots of windows open; and the like.) I will get 8gb of memory. Just wondering if one runs cooler or hotter than the other, gets more or less battery life than the other, etc. Thanks.

If you're a low power user then i5 is plenty! No point spending more if not needed
