I5 won't sync all my photos

It's always done this...any answer to why?

I set my phone to sync all of my photo album off my computer. It shows it's to sync 11XXX photos, and then when it starts syncing it only syncs less than that. Like just now, it's only syncing 4797 of the 11XXX. And yes, I have more than enough space for the photos.

But like I said, it ALWAYS does this. Any idea why or how I get it to sync my whole album?

What's an I5?

Do you mean iPhone 5, what iOS are you running? Jailbroken?

bump for some help please. iPhone 5 non JB running ios7 but it's been doing this since ios 6. It only syncs 5XXX of 11XXX available and yes I have more than enough space for my photos.
