i7 and i5 for Photoshop CS5?

I think I am waiting for upgrades in the current iMac's... that is unless I give in and buy one before they update them next. Anyway, I was wondering if the new chips, the i7 and i5 make a big difference in photoshop? Also, is the i7 significantly faster in Adobe CS5 that the i5? If this computer will only be used for automating large batches of high res photoshop files, should I get the i7? Hopefully this will become standard for the next 27" imac.

For the most part you will find it 10-15% faster.
