You answered your own question. Restart by holding down power button. Nothing else you can do. Flash is the devil haha.

Yeah, but the problem is that it won't shut down after i hold power button,
it's totally unresponsive!
I don't know what to do.

Take the battery out? (Ugh, that even sounds bad).

Please help.

How long did you hold the power button? It takes usually 5 sec or so before it shuts off.

10 secs and more, i've never seen something like this.

If holding the power button won't do it, you're only option is to remove the battery. Once you get booted back up, reference my signature below.

It's done, after i tried for 20 times to force shut down i finally made it.
I really don't know what happened, and that's something that never happened
to me before.

ah...

It sounds like you have a model with a non-removable battery. Taking it out to fix your frozen MBP would void your warranty. Might have to find a different way to reboot or take it to Apple.

If the Mac freezes, that is suspicious. If you can't turn it off by holding the power button, that is a defect. Bring it to the nearest Apple Store and let them fix it. And my personal rule is that if you have any problems with your Mac in the first year, that is when you should buy Apple Care.

I agree, it's not normal for it to not turn off after holding the power button for 10 sec. Take it to the Apple store and have it looked at.
