iAd Network Login issues "Too many refreshes" ?!

When I try to log in to iad network I get this massage : "Too many Refreshes, Please try again." Is anyone else experiencing it as well ?
And I'm not even refreshing it or didn't try to open this page more than 2 times today..

Same problem here. I've tried loggin in from different computers and from different places but the problem persists.

I don't they are aware for the issue. yes its 2 days over here too.

I have filed a support request with Apple over this issue, but it is unknown when it will be received.
