iAd not showing up released app?

hi, one of my apps just got released to the app store, and is not showing iAds. it's a game, where when the game ends, a full screen iAd pops up. it was working great on the build version, but it just got released to the app store, and once i downloaded it, no iAd (lie nothing pops up at all) is this normal? if not, what could be the problem? (yes, i have done the iAd agreement on itunesconnect) thanks

It takes 2-3 days to show up. Apple takes time to enable it first time.
