Battery life is impressive on my 7 for sure but what the heck is iAd and why does it come up under usage? It's only 1% of background usage but it is there and it's bugging me. Anyone know how to get rid of it?

iAd is what Apple used to call their advertising that was built into their apps. It's been discontinued for a few months now.

You restored from backup or set up as new?

You're most likely using an app, probably a FREE, ad-supported app, that's still trying to serve you ads via the iAD service.

Always set up as new. Is there a way to find out which one it is? Very first time I see this listed under battery usage and I use the same 30 apps for the past 2 years.
