iBackupBot CycleCount trustworthy?

Is this battery statistics app for Windows reliable? I bought two refurbished Iphone 6s and one of them had a 287 CycleCount for the battery, and this one that I got now has 478. Is this actually a good source for information on the iPhone battery?

Pretty much the best ios battery app for windows. I always found it reliable.

The cycle count of iBackupbot is accurate, the mAh capacity rating is more of an "estimate". I use estimate in quotes because it only rounds to the nearest 100.

Buggiest app I've ever used. Luckily I don't have to rely on windows anymore for serious work upgraded to MacOS
