iBluetooth question

i've heard that the ibluetooth app rewrites the whole iphone bluetooth driver and does major changes in the whole datasystem 🙄

now my question: if I install ibluetooth on my iphone will the normal bluetooth features of the phone still work?like tethering (whats extremly important for me atm) or multiplayer games?

i don't want to lose all the normal bluetooth features only because i want to share/receive files also...
