They way I look it we have two options. 1. Pay a higher monthly premium upfront and less out of pocket per each visit. 2. Pay a lower monthly premium and higher out of pocket per visit. Each family is different and will need to decide which way to go. Unfortunately this is the current state and future of healthcare in the US.

HSA is probably best for a single person, who has several years to help build up the balance for their future - prior to collecting a spouse and kids.

Fraid to say it, but this is essentially Apple's way of doing a fire sale.

Wish it weren't the case, but sadly it is. If there's one good thing that might come out of this, it's that the cautionary tale of the Apple Watch spurs Apple to new heights with their next new product. The iRing, perhaps?

clearly apple is selling them at a discount but this is still a great deal for both companies. also sure they will come installed with IBM 'productivity' apps on them like tracking where their employees are every minute of the day and feeding them their TPS reports straight to their wrists ;)

Tim Cook did announce the Apple Watch launch was more successful than the 1st generation iPhone and iPod, and nearly equal to iPad (iPad had 3 extra weeks in its first quarter). He did announce that 2nd quarter sales were higher than first quarter sales. He announced they projected 3rd quarter sales to be higher still.

So, Apple tells us it is a record setting 1st generation launch and sales have grown since. We know it has outsold all other wearables combined by a significant margin by all third part predictions. And you are complaining that Apple has not announced specific numbers. What, in your great wisdom, could you determine with those numbers beyond what you already know?

Funny, I keep posting this info in every relevant thread and yet the "Apple Watch Failure" posts outnumber reality 5 to 1. Bizarro world.
Settle down. I wouldn't dare criticize the great Apple in the presence of so many loyal fans. Let me ask you this: if the numbers are meaningless why do they announce iPhone sales numbers?

How long before people realize this is a Pandora's box ?
I hope people think about this long enough to understand where this is going. Freedom loving Americans do not need a health stat monitoring device that constantly uploads intimate data to their health insurance provider. Also keep in mind that this information is only a snapshot but wear it long enough and they will argue that they have enough data to profile your health accurately and therefore adjust your premiums or coverages accordingly. Of course, there are no shortage of liberal trolls or brainwashed people who would argue against my points. Liberty is given away by those who are ignorant and it's deliberately taken by those who are evil.

Settle down? Oh, you mean don't use facts in an argument. Certainly see your point.

No matter what numbers Apple announced it is VERY apparent they would be misconstrued and misrepresented, as evidenced by the facts I use in my argument and your response.

Not going to answer my question?
