ibook 12", ok to leave on all the time?

waking from sleep is easier on the hard drive and the battery when compared to a cold boot

I leave mine on all the time, and also have no problems. I don't take it off the charger as much as some, and it spends quite a bit of time on my desk. That, as well as it's age, are probably the reasons my battery isn't so hot anymore.
