iBook compatible with MacBook RAM?

Hello all, here's the thing.

I have two Macs right now - an iBook and a new MacBook. I bought two Kingston 1GB RAM slots and put them in my MacBook and they're working great. Now I have two 512MB RAM slots that I'm not using.
My iBook has one free slot, so my question is this: can the RAM I took from the MacBook work in the iBook? I don't have the iBook around for the time being (it's at a friend's place), so I can't check it myself.
I'm going to sell the iBook, so I thought it would be nice if it had some more memory.
Does anybody know anything about this?

No. They are different types altogether (clock, type etc.) and would not work.
