Don't have the pinout, but might have a bit of info that might come in handy. Sounds like you might be moding an external monitor LVDS cable to replace or repair? Just a guess. If not, no harm.
Please disregard if you're way ahead of me on this, but thought this might help:
I know the internal LVDS cables used on the G4 Powerbooks (and probably all after) use small diameter coaxial cables (0.3mm each), rather than some of the other LVDS configurations (twisted-pair, for one). I'm just suspecting the iBook uses the same type. I'm sure special tools (or a microscope ) are required to work with that small a coax cable. One might be able to splice or work with twisted pairs OK, with small enough standard tools.
