IBook G3 as a case

I was wondering if I gut out my G3 iBook could i put in the parts of a MacBook would it be compatable with the built in monitor?

I'm pretty sure thats impossible.... and anyways why would you do that? The new Macbooks have LED displays that are 100x better than the display on the G3.

I think the new aluminum and plastic body's are ugly! But a lime iBook would be nice!

dont know if thats possible , but i have seen somewhere on the web some time ago someone who has fitted a netbook running leopard inside a original clamshell inclusive the screen and it didn't look bad at all , i have searched but cant find the link any more
