I've bought an iBook G3 model M6497, identifier PowerBook4,1. Everything seems to work fine except for the USB ports, neither of which works at all. Checking with a multimeter, the ports don't even output any power.
While I was taking it apart to upgrade the HDD, I noticed a burnt IC on the motherboard suspiciously near the ports. I thought maybe this is could be the issue, but the IC is burnt beyond recognition and I can't seem to find a schematic online.

Can someone help identify the IC or know where I could find a schematic? If you need more info ofc feel free to ask
