ibook g3 (not 90's clamshell) reverted back to old system

I have an updated version of the mac ibook g3 (not the clamshell from the 90's, but the ibook offered in different colors i.e. pink, green...)

Yesterday I turned on my mac, and everything looked different. Like it had reverted back to an older system or programming. My background photo was gone, and the layout is completely different (looks old school).

Can someone please tell me how to set it back to its newer settings?

what colour is the apple logo up the top left hand corner? multi coloured? grey? blue?

the clamshell was the colourful one...

Is the dock gone, replaced with this grey extendo bar with lo res icons that you can move?
