Ibook g4 and leopard

The two times i tried to install it it told me that my computer was not compatible .

So my question is :

-Is there some special ppc leopard version i need to buy/download ?

Is it a pirate copy? AFAIK there are no retail single layer DVD versions available.

I may be mistaken, but I think it was on this forum that you couldn't discuss burned copies of any OS because it's technically illegal. It may have been another forum.... not sure.

You may not even get any help regarding it on here.

no special ppc version of retail leopard 10.5 disc

A regular 10.5 install DVD will be fine, as long as it is the retail version/copy of the retail version 😉.

Are you sure you are not trying to install Snow Leopard?
