iBook G4 panic (I think)

    Okay.. so im working on my Mac.. you know, our amazing macs that are so much more amazing than PC's. Anyways.. im working along doing nothing.. skype.. quicktime.. thats it.. oh, and downloading a new software update.. then this crap pops up.[​IMG]

    My mom who use to own the computer said that it has done that to her before and she took it to multiple places to find answers.. after all the trouble, she replaced the motherboard and HD i believe. Anyways.. now I cant stay on it for longer than 5 minutes before this message pops up.. please, any info would help. Or maybe I should just junk it and get a HP lapper where I would almost would rather deal with anti virus programs than this. thanks all

    Test your memory, bad RAM is a common cause for the MSOD(multicultural screen of death).

    Screens of death are not limited to PCs & Windows. Don't let marketing fool you, in the end Mac or PC it's still a pile of cheap mass produced ICs & transistors. :)

    thats what my first reaction was.. cuz the RAM is crap on this thing... but i just took Skype off.. and now its running.. so far. we'll see tho.. thanks
