ibook g4 won't boot!!!

I was using my ibook g4 on a camping trip the other day and a candle fell over and spilt wax all over my ibook. The ibook powers on but it desnn't POST (Bong Sound) and it does not start up. The spill is not covered by the apple care warranty.

Damn. I guess you could try opening it up and using a candle to very gently melt the wax off.

Do you still think the logic board is any good or does it need to be replaced?

I really can't say from here, mate. You might need to take it to a technician. 😱

Hmm where exactly did it spill and is it still under warranty by Apple?
