ibook g4 wont start

Hi

Ive got an ibook g4 (bought in the summer of 2005).

I was using it today and then went out for some time. I left it like I usually do by closing the lid. Now when I came back and plugged the power cord in (shows green light) and open the lid nothing happens. The screen is still blank like its turned off. I push the power button and nothing happens. I hold it down and nothing happens.

Ive also noticed that its making no sound.


any ideas/tips

take out the battery, press and hold Shift-Control-Option-Power for 5 seconds, put the battery back in.
