iBook hd specs?

I need to buy or advice someone to buy an iBook hard drive (for g4 14" 1.33 GHZ) but what is required in matter of ATA connectors etc?

Would this one work?

The nicest would be around 120 - 160 GB.

That drive will work fine. In fact, I just put that same exact drive in my iBook G4 about two weeks ago. However, I got the model that has an 8MB cache, and that specific one you linked to has only a 2MB cache. See if you can find the 8MB one, because it will be faster.
